*Resort’s Inclusive room rates are inclusive of the following: a Resort Charge of $25.00, and a $6.00 Housekeeping gratuity per room, per night. In addition, a onetime charge of $14.50 Porterage (single occupancy) or a $29.00 Porterage (double occupancy) per person, per roundtrip will be added to the final bill (the “Required Charge”). If an attendee objects to paying the Required Charge, the amount to which such attendee objects will be deducted from the attendee’s bill and posted to Maui Economic Development Board’s master account. 

Resort's room rates are for single or double occupancy and subject to applicable State of Hawaii and County of Maui taxes (currently 18.712%) in effect at the time of check-out. Gratuities are exclusive of County of Maui General Excise Tax (currently 4.712%). 

Maximum room occupancy is four (4) persons. Charges for a third/fourth person are $40.00 per person per night, except that there is no additional charge for children (18 years old and under) when accompanied by a paying adult.
